I cannot tell you what an enjoyable
evening we had at my sister Elena's and how terrific you, your staff and the food was. Everything was so fabulous and delicious
that I'm so glad that my niece Anuka and her friend Essie are working with you. We will keep the referrals coming. All
best to you and your staff. If I don't see you before, I certainly will at Anuka's wedding.

My husband and I waited until about 2-3 months before our wedding to really start planning. From the moment I spoke with Barbara
my anxiety level dropped. She's so real and down to earth, and most of all comforting. The food on our wedding day was delicious
and a huge success! The hor d' oeuvres were so awesome that our guests ate them all while we were taking our pictures and
we weren't able to get any...luckily, we sampled them at our tasting. The prices, in my opinion, were more than reasonable
and I feel we had gourmet food without the price tag you see with most other high-end caterers. Please trust me when I say
do not look anywhere else for a caterer/ event planner. Barbara will not disappoint! If I didn't say it enough- thank you,
thank you, thank you :)

about the food and the experience. I now know that will be the case. I want you to know that I had high expectations
for the food (based on our initial meeting) and those expectations were not only met, they were exceeded!!! Thank you
so very much for truly listening and understanding that this was very important to me in the grand scheme of the wedding.
I do have a quick question, do you think it would be possible to share your recipe for the risotto? (If it's a
"secret" recipe I totally understand!) The taste of his risotto was out of this world and while I can pretty much
figure out what was in it, I want to duplicate it exactly how he made it (if possible).
